It was great to be back at Duke of London for the second time. My first visit had already left a great impression, so when I had the opportunity to return for the Bentley x Joe & The Juice Cars & Coffee morning, I was looking forward to seeing what would be on display and of course, bringing my camera along.
This time, the morning was all about beautiful cars, breakfast, coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. It was a great opportunity to walk around, meet people and photograph an impressive range of Bentleys, from classic and heritage models to some of the brand’s latest and most exclusive creations.
Bentley x Joe & The Juice
There’s something I really enjoy about morning car meets. They feel much more relaxed than larger automotive shows, giving you time to appreciate the cars, notice the smaller details and chat with other people who share the same passion.
The collaboration between Bentley and Joe & The Juice worked perfectly for this kind of event. Coffee and breakfast alongside a collection of incredible cars made for a great start to the weekend, while Duke of London once again provided a brilliant backdrop for automotive photography.
There was plenty to photograph throughout the morning, but one particular Bentley was impossible to miss.
Seeing the Bentley Batur Up Close
One of my personal highlights was seeing this stunning Bentley Batur by Mulliner.
Finished in a beautiful blue, the Batur immediately stood out amongst the other cars. From its long, sculpted body and distinctive front grille to the smaller details throughout the design, it’s one of those cars that becomes even more impressive when you see it in person.
The Batur is an incredibly rare car, with only 18 examples produced, making the opportunity to see and photograph one particularly special.
A Morning of Cars, Coffee & the Batur
This time, I actually left my professional camera at home and kept things simple, taking a few photos on my phone while enjoying the morning. Most of my attention ended up going to the Bentley Batur and it’s easy to see why.
Sometimes it’s nice to attend an automotive event without feeling the need to capture everything and simply enjoy the cars, the atmosphere and the people you meet along the way.
My second visit to Duke of London certainly didn’t disappoint. Great cars, good coffee and the opportunity to see such a rare Bentley up close made it a morning well spent.
I’m sure this won’t be my last visit.
